Womentorz™ was created to provide one marketplace for buyers to come and find the latest inventions made by women. This is a unique forum that unites the seller and the buyer in a very intimate, one on one basis. Womentorz™ is bridging the gap between women inventors and consumers, and we rely on our members to treat all buyers with the highest level of respect. In turn, we would like to know if a member is being mistreated or experiencing abusive behavior from a customer. These issues will be addressed immediately on a case by case basis.

As a member of Womentorz™, you are able to have direct access to your profile and account information.  If you are having problems with the process we would be happy to help in any way we can.  Please email info@womentorz.com with any questions or concerns and a customer service representative will respond within 24 hours.

Marketing Assistance

Consider us your personal marketing and PR firm.  We encourage you to contact us on a regular basis to discuss marketing opportunities and ways that we can support your marketing efforts.  We utilize all social marketing networks to promote your product, which is more than you will get from the typical membership based website.  We believe in our members and foster the relationship while forming a sense of community and mutual support. 

Each product is unique and requires a customized marketing approach.  As a member, the first service you will automically receive is a product showcasing with a one on one interview to introduce your product to our fans and followers.  We will promote this showcasing through Twitter and Facebook where wer have an impressive following.

troubleshooting

All members should use FireFox as their browser in order to avoid having problems with the registration, log in and editor process.  It's free and easy to download at www.firefox.com.

Also, be sure not to copy and paste from a Word document into the editor as it brings HTML code that negatively affects the editor's functionality.  This can be bypassed by copying and pasting your text into the "notepad" software that all computers have and THEN copying and pasting the text into your Womentorz editor.

You may find the your pictures are skewed.  it is important to modify your photos to fit the suggested sizing mentioned within your editor to prevent this from happening.  The auto photo resizing tool is built into the site to create consistency throughout the site.
