Womentorz is a unique forum where the seller is responsible for providing a product information and take care of the consumer purchase whether it's on their own website or through taking an order over the phone or email. Should there be issues with the product’s quality or problems in the shipping process, these issues should be addressed directly to the seller.
We also provide a way for buyers to comment directly on the inventor's profile about the inventions and the service they received from the inventor. This is invaluable information that buyers will rely on in determining whether to purchase the invention. It will also motivate sellers to provide the best product and service possible.
Womentorz™ will address conflicts and altercations on a case by case basis. If a buyer feels that he or she is being treated in an unprofessional or unethical manner we will step in and confront the seller, possibly taking action towards their membership status.
